Free Returns for Lingerie Across Australia

Returns Form

To ensure you receive your perfect bra fit every time, we provide you with 14 days to return purchased items for a full refund, exchange or store credit.

  • Garments must be returned in their original condition and packaging - unworn, unwashed and in a saleable condition with labels attached (including hygiene labels on underwear and swimwear).
  • Reply Paid address details are provided on the invoice that comes with your order. 
  • Items are sent using the Reply Paid service at your risk.  Please note that the Reply Paid service does not include a tracking facility.
  • You are able to exchange garments as many times as necessary within 14 days of the original dispatch date.
  • No refunds, exchanges or credit notes are available on items marked as clearance items.
  • Brafit Direct will invoice customers a $15.00 postage and handling fee when items are returned using Reply Paid postage that are not eligible for a return. Please contact Brafit Direct if you would like to confirm your garment’s return eligibility.

Returns Procedure

  • On receipt of your return and after processing, you will receive an email confirming the garments returned and the details of any exchange or refund.
  • Refunds are credited to your initial method of payment (credit card, direct deposit or gift voucher). If your initial payment was via direct deposit, we will contact you for your bank account details to process the refund.
  • Returns are usually processed within three business days of receipt.
  • Please ensure that when returning an item you include a completed Returns Form (these are included with your order).
  • Failure to include a completed Returns Form may result in your return not being processed because we won't know who to give the exchange, refund or credit to. If this happens and we can't identify you, the items returned will belong to us.
