We only collect Personal Information that is necessary for us to carry on our functions and activities as a retailer of goods and services. This includes:
- Matters relating to the purchase of goods over our Website.
- Matters relating to the use of services provided on our Website. These services include our bra measurement system and our review system.
- Matters relating to our marketing and promotional activities.
- Other matters necessary for us to function as an online retailer of goods and services.
Our Website provides the opportunity to do many things, such as order products, enter a promotion, fill out a survey, send us feedback or use our measurement system. It is completely optional for you to do any of these things, or anything else on our Website, but if you choose to do certain things on our Website we may ask you to provide Personal Information. The information we ask for will depend on the activity, but may include your first and last name, mailing address, email address, telephone number and other Personal Information. If you are ordering a product you may be asked for credit card or other banking details.

For example in order to deliver a product to you we need to disclose your delivery address to Australia Post.

If you use our Website you are agreeing to the terms of this privacy policy. We may change the policy from time to time as our business needs require, and if we do we will post the changes on our Website. If you continue to use our Website after we post the changes, you are agreeing to the modified terms.
We are an Australian company, based in Queensland so the laws of Queensland, Australia apply to this policy, and the courts of Queensland and Australia have jurisdiction over disputes relating to this policy.
We have included examples to help you understand how the principles in this privacy policy work, but obviously we can’t include every possible example. If we have included an example, or used the word “includes”, this doesn’t limit the application of this policy to other situations which we haven’t included as examples.
